Thanks go out to Brandon for having the confidence in us to fix a problem sewer leak. Brandon noticed water coming through his basement foundation every time someone showered in the upstairs shower. We ran the sewer scope and found a playing card sized chunk was broken out of the clay pipe, leaking water into the basement. This leaking also caused the pipe to sag, creating a low spot. We were able to pinpoint the exact spot for excavation, repair the break, and at the same time, install two way outside cleanouts for future root cleaning access, a big upgrade all by itself. Remember, it's routine maintenance to clean the roots out of your clay pipe once a year. Don't let them grow unchecked, they can break your pipe. |
