Here we are doing a sewer scope and drain cleaning for a home sale.
This pipeline was found to have several issues, including a full pipe belly collecting solids and backing up.
The buyer was able to negotiate a sewer repair from this inspection before the sale was finalized.
Remember, never buy a property without a sewer scope inspection, you don't want to get stuck with a big expensive repair.

A BIG THANKS goes out to Broocks for having the confidence in us to tackle a tough sewer repair.

A correct diagnosis is the most important part of the whole process of making a sewer repair work the first time.
Be sure to talk to a professional, licensed pipe layer with years of experience before hiring the first landscaper guy who shows up with a backhoe.

A BIG THANKS goes out to Rich and Camille for having the confidence in us to tackle a sewer root problem.
Rich and Camille called the "Big Name rooter" company to unclog the pipe on a Friday night.
After a suspect attempt at clearing the roots, a so called "free" sewer scope tech arrived and promptly told them the sewer was broken and slapped down a contract for a $20000.00 repair.
No video evidence or report was offered....
Camille called us for a second opinion, and when we did our inspection, the pipe was found to be in good condition with normal root growth. No broken pipe, just roots.
The first tech faked the root cleaning, we confirmed this with our own inspection, just to get the sewer scope tech over there and panic the homeowners into a huge expense.
We were able to pinpoint the worst root intrusion and install a set of cleanouts, at a small fraction of the "Big Name Rooter" price.
You could say that Rich and Camille saved $17000.00 by calling us for a second opinion.
Remember the saying " there's no such thing as a free lunch"?
The same is true for sewer scope inspections.
Don't be a victim of these scams, always get a second opinion.

A BIG THANKS goes out to Liz and Chris for having the confidence in us to solve a big kitchen sewer problem.
This house has a separate sewer pipeline that service just the kitchen.
We were called for a second opinion when the first company told them it was a $19000.00 repair....WOW!
We were able to clear the roots and install a set of cleanouts, including concrete repairs, and a full trailer mounted power jetting to clear the roots and sludge, for a total savings of $15500.00
Be careful when calling these "Big Name Rooter" companies, they will send a well trained salesman, not a an experienced craftsman.

A BIG THANKS goes out to Shelley and Dennis for having the confidence in us to tackle a big sewer backup problem.
This house didn't have any cleanout access except the toilet sweep, which it is almost impossible to clear out the roots from this location due to the 3" pipe and back to back 90 degree turns.
We were able to pinpoint the massive roots at the cast to clay transition and then install a set of 4" sweep cleanouts, effectively eliminating the worst section of pipeline, and then giving us a full outside access point for future root cleaning maintenance.

We now have a full 4" sweep access point, outside the house, to keep the pipe cleared of roots with a full size 4" root blade..
