A BIG THANKS goes out to Eric for having the confidence in us to solve and ongoing backup problem. This old house has an addition kitchen, and re-routed plumbing, with no adequate access to clear the roots. We were able to pinpoint the exact location of the problem joint and install a set of cleanouts. Now a once a year routine root cleaning should keep the kitchen running strong with no more backups.     |
