A BIG THANKS goes out to Jordan and Matt for having the confidence in us to replace a crawlspace water heater.
The old water heater was @ 15 years old and not keeping up with the demand of this large family.
We upgraded to a high output 48 gallon tank that still fit in the crawlspace.

A BIG THANKS goes out to Iris for having the confidence in us to tackle a tough drain repair.
Iris' washing machine and kitchen line had been backing up for years. The underground pipes were found to be cored and rotted out.
We were able to re-route the new pipe to achieve a better downhill pitch and shorten the overall run.

A BIG THANKS goes out to Travis for having the confidence in us to tackle a full sewer replacement.
This house was under contract for sale when a sewer scope inspection found roots, a shifted hub and a broken tap at the City Main, so instead of just making spot repairs, Travis decided a whole new sewer line was the better way to go for his buyers.
Now we have a 100% new sewer service pipe from the house to the City Main.
Most of the time we can replace the whole sewer for a just a little more than making spot fixes and temporary repairs.

A BIG THANKS goes out to Damon who had the confidence in us to tackle a big sewer and water project.
This old house was all original sewer and water with nothing that works.
We were able to re-route the main sewer and then give the inside finish plumbers proper access to tie in new laundry and lavatory services.
We ran our pneumatic mole from the basement out underneath the front porch, then on to the water meter pit for a 100% new water service line.
