A BIG THANKS goes out to Nick for his continued confidence in us to tackle all of his big plumbing needs.
Nick just bought another 3 building apartment complex at 800 Miller Ct, but after a sewer scope inspection, it was found that there is limited to no access into the sewer pipes for routine cleanings, and the pipes are full of old growth roots.
We were able to pinpoint the pipelines and install two way cleanouts, then do a full 4" cleaning of the heavy root growth.
We were able to remove 95% of the roots from the pipeline using the new 4" cleanouts

A BIG THANKS goes out to Dan for having the confidence in us to tackle an ongoing problem.
Dan has been having his sewer cleaned routinely for years, thinking that he was doing the right thing.
Well, he was doing the right thing, except that nobody knew his sewer is 190' long.
We were able to pinpoint the total length of the pipeline and then install a set of two way cleanouts at the half way point, just inside of his front yard.
Now we can reach the whole 190' from this central cleanout access.

A BIG THANKS goes out to Donnie for having the confidence in us to tackle a tough sewer problem.
This house was built in the '50s with Orangeburg pipe, a pipe made from cardboard and pitch tar.
It's amazing it lasted 60 years....

A BIG THANKS goes out to Jen for having the confidence in us to replace a full sewer service.
This pipe had too many issues to just make spot repairs feasible, roots, offsets, and bellies, so a full sewer replacement was needed.
