This house didn't have a full size cleanout access inside the house and we found that the sewer pipe was packed full of roots upon a sewer scope inspection from the toilet mount sweep.
We were able to install two way sweep cleanouts into the pipeline to give us a full 4" access point to more completely clean out the root growth.
Yearly root cleanings are considered normal routine maintenance for clay pipe sewers.

A BIG THANKS goes out to Leslie who had the confidence in us to install two way sweep cleanouts into the 4" sewer line.
Leslie's home had no access to the sewer pipe to properly clean out the roots. We needed a full 4" access point outside to get a 4" root blade in there to make sure that we get all of the roots.

A BIG THANKS goes out to Audree and Andrea for having the confidence in us to tackle a tough drain pipe problem.
The cast iron kitchen drain pipe under the floor was rotted out and leaking into the ground.
We were able to excavate and install a new 2" ABS pipe all the way to the 3" main.

A BIG THANKS goes out to Kurt for his continuing confidence in us to repair his real estate investment properties sewer issues.
Here is another distressed house ready to be expertly remodeled and flipped by Kurt.
We did a sewer scope inspection and found several breaks and root separations throughout the pipeline, requiring a full repair for resale.
