A BIG THANKS goes out to Greg and Keith for having the confidence in us to upgrade the sewer system.
Poor crawlspace access and a 3" cleanout was preventing the cleaning of several root intrusions throughout the pipe.
We were able to locate an accessible spot, install two way 4" sweep cleanouts, and then use a 4" root blade to cut out those heavy roots.

A BIG THANKS goes out to Holly for having the confidence in us to tackle an ongoing sewer problem.
This home was built before the City Sewer was installed, therefore several original homeowners got together and installed a common pipe, routed to the next street over, just to service these five homes.
This individual service pipe has been sagging for years, causing repeated sewage floods and service outages. We've been keeping it running for the last five years by power jetting, but now the pipe has finally broken.
We were able to pinpoint the exact location of the sagged section and broken pipe, make repairs, then inspect the remainder of the service pipe and the common shared pipe.
We installed a set of 4" sweep cleanouts to give us a better access point for future cleanings.
