A BIG THANKS goes out to Heidi and Sue at the Third Way Center for having the confidence in us to repair a broken sewer.
A 7' deep outside sewer cleanout had been installed sometime in the past without a permit, using less than code required fittings and connectors. It failed, allowing gravel to get into the pipe.
We were able to excavate the section, remove all of the old repair, and finish with modern code required pipe and fittings. We also added two way directional cleanouts to make any future cleanings easier and much more effective.
Remember, when you have to repair your sewer, get a licensed sewer professional with city permits and inspections. That way you can be sure it's done right the first time, saving the cost and hassles of doing it over when it fails.
The first two photos are are to document the previously broken sidewalk.

A VERY BIG THANKS goes out to Marianne, Ann, and Paul for having the confidence in us to tackle a tough sewer repair.
The main sewer tap was broken, the sewer line is running under the two car driveway with several separations and root intrusions, and the cast to clay transition is under the porch.
Conventional excavation was out of the question.
We located the pipe at the foundation wall in the basement, excavated the street, and then used hydraulic pipe bursting to install a full, seamless 4" pipe, all the way to the new sewer tap, saving a lot of time and money over a full excavation.

A BIG THANKS goes out to Jeremy for having the trust in us to tackle an emergency sewer repair.
Jeremy had other companies out to his home with no success.
We were able to excavate the pipe and install some 4" two way cleanouts to give us a good access point for cleaning and inspection.
We found a shifted section of pipe that collects solids over time. Now that the cleanouts are installed, it's an easy task to drop in a cable and clean it out whenever needed.
The pipe has some issues, but this repair may give Jeremy many more years of service, with routine cleanings.

A BIG THANKS goes out to Tony at CP&M for his continued trust in us to tackle the toughest sewer repair jobs.
This is a new sewer service line install that we had to directional mole bore under a street with an 8" water main and massive electricity. Risky, but it saved the home owner thousands of dollars over trying to excavate around the existing utilities.

A BIG THANKS goes out to Don for having the confidence in us to repair a sewer tap break in the alley.
The City of Denver sent Don a letter ordering him to repair his sewer tap within 30 days.
The alley was very tight and the pipe extra large 6"sewer. Not what we expected to see, and alot more expensive to repair, but we honored our original estimate.
We were able to make locates and repair the tap in one day.
