A BIG THANKS goes out to Beth and the rest of Team Ammons for having the confidence in us to replace a full sewer line. We replaced the sewer using Trenchless pipe bursting to minimize damage to the yard and to keep the costs down from the street excavation. We installed two way outside cleanouts for a full 4" future access point and a new saddle tap at the main. Here are some pics... don't forget to like us on Facebook below! THANKS

A BIG THANKS goes out to Rory & Deana for having the confidence in us to tackle a bad kitchen line problem. Rory and Deana's basement has been flooding along the wall soaking the carpet with no signs of any foundation leaks. We ran the sewer cable and scope down the kitchen line and found that the original cast iron pipe was completely rotted out for @ 6' and the water from the kitchen was draining down the perimeter weeping drain along the basement baseboard, only to rise up at a low point and soak the carpet 10 feet away. A BIG THANKS goes out to Tim, Anna, and Dave of Corona Street apts for there continued trust in us. This kitchen line had flooded the basement several times with gallons of rotten food from three separate apartments, YUK! We excavated and found that the pipe was completely gone on the bottom, rotted out long ago and draining under the concrete floor. Here are some pictures of the new ABS line being installed.

A BIG THANKS goes out to Jim of True and Co for having the confidence in us to tackle a tough backup problem. This commercial building has been plagued by sewer backups for some time. We were called out to try and clean the line, with no luck, so we ran the sewer camera and found out that the City main is @ 190' feet away. That's way too far to clean from one spot, so we located the pipe, excavated, then install two way cleanout access about half way. Now we have a full 4" access to the sewer and the whole run is easily accessible for future cleanings.

Here we are removing 300sq feet of nailed and glued sub-floor to get to a floor drain that was covered up and to dig out the "I" beam. Yep, that's what I said, dig out the "I" beam. The home inspector noticed dirt touching the beam under the floating floor and added that to the inspection objection. The floor was already flood damaged under the water heater and the venting was wrong, so the owner asked us if we could do it all at the same time. Check it out... And please like us on Facebook... THANKS!
