Here we are installing some outside sewer cleanouts in a 175' service line. The sewer is so far from the city main that only half of it was accessible from inside the house. The pipe was jammed packed with greasy, poopy sludge & toilet paper, YUK! Now we have a full 4" access to the sewer pipe going inside and out, we can clean it more completely, and from a much easier and cleaner location.
Remember, once a year cleaning is routine maintenance for old clay sewer pipes. If you cut the roots out when they're small you can usually get many more years of trouble free service.
A BIG THANKS goes out to Leo, for his continued trust in us to take care of his drain cleaning and sewer repairs!

Here are some pictures of a sewer spot repair we did in Boulder. This sewer was repaired some time in the past, but it was done poorly, and without the proper fittings installed, per code. Well, it failed. So here we are, doing it over again the right way, with permits, inspections and all of the proper materials to make this sewer last another 20 or 30 years. A BIG thanks to our friend Donna Voss at Bodin Realty International 1805 29th Street #1140 Boulder, CO 80301 303-810-8671 Call Donna for all of your Real Estate needs. She's the best!

Steve has a recurring root problem at his house that is a slab concrete construction with no access to the sewer pipe, other than pulling the toilet and trying from there. It's just not good enough to clean the roots completely. We installed some outside cleanouts to give us a full 4" access point for future cleanings. Remember, Clay pipe requires root cleaning once a year. This routine cleaning can give you many more years of trouble free service.

A big thanks go out to Christine at 19146 E Milan Cir for having the confidence in us to replace her full sewer line. Christine had another company dig up her sewer and install some cleanouts for a lot of money, but 2 months later the sewer backed up again. They said that they would clean it out but that she is going to have to pay more money.
Well, Christine decided to call us and fix the problem once and for all by doing a full trenchless replacement out to the city main tap.

Thanks go out to Laurie for choosing us to fix a water line leak in her front yard. What started out as one simple spot repair turned into a three hole repair. When your copper water line starts to develop pin holes it's always best to just go ahead and replace the whole line, but we can fix just the spots in an emergency situation.

Thanks go out to Dave, Eric, and all the rest of the homeowners at 1055 Emerson St Condominiums. 1055 Emerson st is a 110 year old house turned into five separate condos. Of course a 110 year old house has some pipe issues, the water service main broke and was shooting water into the air in the front yard. After looking at the old house, we decided that the usual pull method was impossible to use, do to the rotted galvanized and lead water pipe in the ground, so we used a pneumatic mole boring system to create another hole for an entirely new supply line, abandoning the old one.
