Primetime has been plagued with a men's room backup for quite some time. Several other companies tried to clear the pipe but after a few days it would backup again.
We ran our sewer scope to find out what was causing all the trouble. It was a large calcium deposit, about the size of your shoe, from the urinal tie in. These deposits are hard as rock and very tough to remove. We focused the heavy cable at this spot over & over until it finally broke free.
The moral of the story? Don't just blindly assume what's wrong, let us scope the pipe to be sure that we're doing what's needed to solve the problem the first time... saving a lot of time and money.
